Account Deletion Policy

As in our application, only existing users can register. Here registration is done only for the mobile apps, no new user is created from this app via registration process.So deletion of account is not necessary in this app.

1. Account Deletion Policy View Steps

Users can view the policy of account deletion through the following methods:

Mobile App:

Step 1: Login with your Registered mobile number and OTP.

Step 2: Go to the Menu section by clicking the top right-corner menu icon.

Step 3: Click on your name or profile icon inside the menu.

Step 4: Scroll Down and find the “Delete Account” hyperlink text.

Step 5: After clicking that hyperlinked text you will be redirected to the delete account policy link.

Restricted Registration Policy

At Physical Progress, we maintain a secure and controlled user environment. To ensure the privacy and security of our users, our application does not allow open registration. Only pre-approved users, who have been predefined in our system, are permitted to register and create an account. This approach helps us maintain a trusted and safe community within the app.
